You may cancel the Services at any time by providing AdvanceTechLive with a notice of your intent to cancel your services by sending a mail to [email protected]. You acknowledge that the cancellation will be effective from the beginning of the next month after you provide notification to AdvanceTechLive via the e-mail. AdvanceTechLive will provide you with email confirmation of both your request to cancel Services and the actual cancellation of Services. If you do not receive a confirmation of your request to cancel after sending an email or if you do not receive a confirmation of Service cancellation, you must notify AdvanceTechLive by sending an email to [email protected] or contacting AdvanceTechLive Customer Care by telephone.

1.1 30 days Money Back Guarantee:

You are entitled to receive 100% of your money back in case we are unable to solve even one your computer / peripherals related issues to your satisfaction, or not solved within the time frame promised to you. You must apply for this refund within 30 days of purchase of your plan. In order to avail the Money Back Guarantee, you are required to send a mail to [email protected] stating your name, details of the plan and the reason for seeking a refund. We would revert to you within 3 working days on details of your refund.

1.2 Refund

You will receive refund or partial refund or any credits already billed to your account even after 30 days period. If you call for the refund after 30 days period form the date of subscription purchased one time support charge ($129.99) will be dedcted and rest amount will be refunded to you.There would be no refund after 30 days in case of incident based support if all of your issues has been successfully resolved at first call.

1.3 Chargeback

In case you have used our service and still file a chargeback, your account would become ineligible to receive a refund from us.

We at ADVANCETECHLIVE LLC, adopt diverse cancellation policies for our various services. For more details on this kindly refer to respective service agreement.

Request related to cancellation must be submitted to the finance and sales department of ADVANCETECHLIVE LLC. Through following emails you can submit your cancellation request on [email protected]. On receipt of your request, our accounts department will contact you for issues on cancellation and will advise you related to further process. Until you don’t get cancellation code from our accounts team, your cancellation won’t be considered valid.

ADVANCETECHLIVE LLC adopts various refund policies related to different services. For more details refer to individual service agreement.
